• increase of supported layers to 0-11000,
• oasis2txt,
• improved handling of GDS/OASIS layer numbers bigger than the biggest supported layer number,
• export/import layer names to/from OASIS ,

• several OASIS import improvements on rare used options,
• handling identical named layers,

• better detection of self-intersection polygons,
